Oxygen

How important is oxygen to a healthy body? Many experts conclude that the lack of oxygen in human cells and tissue is linked to a vast variety of (and possibly all) health problems and disease, and that supplemental oxygen therapies (including CELLFOOD) have remarkable physiological benefits.

Oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulphur are the five basic elements of all life. Of all the elements that support life for human beings, oxygen is the most important. Without it we would all perish within minutes. Human beings can go without food for more than 40 days, water for 3 to 5 days, but without oxygen, you cannot live for more than 5 minutes.

Do you make sure your body is getting enough oxygen? It is, you know, the most natural way to get toxins and poisons out of your body.

The human body is a brilliantly engineered machine made up of trillions of individual cells. Each cell has its own unique task to perform. From your heart cells to your blood cells to your bone marrow cells, all functions in your body are regulated by oxygen. 90% of our life energy depends on oxygen being replaced on a moment-to-moment basis. So what happens if your body does not get enough oxygen? Simple. Your body becomes more and more susceptible to various diseases.

Oxygen is also one of the significant anti-aging components - the more you saturate your cells with stabilized oxygen, a process called oxygenation, the younger you will look and the more you'll notice the rate of wear and tear on your body decrease. In short you will begin to slow down the aging process.

As we stated before, 90% of our nutritional energy comes from oxygen and only 10% is derived from solid food.

Oxygen provides life and energy to every living cell. If poor eating habits, drinking, pollution, toxins, drugs or lack of exercise abuse your body, the cells are deprived of vital oxygen and your immune system may be weakened.

Low oxygen levels are undesirable because they affect your body's cell metabolism and may even cause it to manufacture improper chemicals and or give rise to various health problems.

Though oxygen is one of the most important keys to good health, not everyone is aware of this. Scientists are only now looking at the important role that oxygen plays in the prevention of disease. The four modern day stresses - toxins stress, emotional stress, physical trauma and infections all draw upon and excessively deplete your body's oxygen supply.

Initial symptoms of oxygen deficiency may include overall weakness, fatigue, circulation problems, poor digestion, muscle aches and pains, dizziness, depression, memory loss, irrational behavior, irritability, stomach acid, and bronchial complications.

When the immune system is compromised by a lack of oxygen, the body is more susceptible to opportunistic bacteria, viral, and parasitic infections and colds, as well as flu. Oxygen deprivation can also lead to life-threatening disease, such as cancer. Cancer, and most other infections or disease cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.
